FOREMOST LINE was first incorporated in Singapore in the year of 1981 and later in Hong Kong in the year of 2005. We represent as agent for the Shippers Councils for several West African countries.

We have offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai.

ACTIVITIES

We issue Electronic Cargo Tracking Notes E.C.T.N. (in English) or Bordereau Electronique De Suivi Des Cargaisons B.E.S.C. (in French) and loading certificate. These are an official maritime documents issued upon shipment at the loading port and it is mandatory to ensure the cargo clearance at the destination countries : ANGOLA, CAMEROON, CHAD, GABON, MALI, GUINEA BISSAU, SENEGAL, IVORY COAST and CONGO, REP OF.

We are an independent company, not a freight forwarder. We are given the mandate by the authorities from the relevant African countries to directly issue/validate E.C.T.N. / B.E.S C. / ARCCLA Loading Certificate under our company’s name on their behalf.
